Send me the address and I will add the pin plus walking times to the venue and both gyms. I could not find a Japan HomeExchange confirmation in your email, and the HomeExchange session on this machine is signed out, so I have nothing to work from.
Gym practicalities in Japan
No booking needed. Walk in, show your passport for the ID check, pay.
Ask for the Traveler’s Passport on your first visit: ¥11,000 for 10 days, valid at any Gold’s Gym in Japan. Against ¥2,800 a day that is ¥11,000 instead of ¥22,400 over eight days, and it covers Kyoto too. Not every branch sells it, so ask at the first one.
Ask for a free Visitor Card so you skip the paperwork on later visits.
Bring a second clean pair of indoor trainers. Mandatory, and the thing that catches visitors out.
ClassPass has zero inventory in Osaka. Both classpass.com and classpass.co.jp return no results. Do not rely on it here.
